HENG TAI (00197) has announced a series of changes to its board and senior management, effective March 11, 2026. Ms. Gao Qinjian has tendered her resignation as an executive director to dedicate more time to other business commitments.

Concurrently, Mr. Sun Banggui has been appointed as an executive director, also effective March 11, 2026. In a separate move, Mr. Kong Qingwen has resigned from his positions as an independent non-executive director and a member of the board's audit committee due to a realignment of his responsibilities within the group. Following his resignation from the board, Mr. Kong will assume the roles of the company's chief financial officer, company secretary, and authorized representative on the same date.

Mr. Huang Zhaokang has stepped down from his role as chief financial officer to focus on other business interests. Mr. Zhu Yijie has also resigned from his positions as company secretary and authorized representative for the same reason. Mr. Kong Qingwen has been appointed to succeed them in these roles.
