SHOUCHENG (00697) announced that Beijing Shouda Xingye Equity Investment Center (Limited Partnership) (Beijing Shouda Xingye Fund), managed by a company under Shoucheng Capital (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), has invested in Weifen Zhifei (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (Weifen Zhifei).

This investment represents a follow-up investment following the initial investment in May 2025, which will further encourage the invested company to increase its R&D investment and team building, consolidating and enhancing its leading position in the field of flying embodied intelligence.

Weifen Zhifei is a leading domestic flying robot company that focuses on flying embodied intelligence systems, multi-drone cluster collaboration, and the development of algorithms and hardware for fully autonomous exploration flying robots. It is one of the few domestic flying embodied intelligence companies that has achieved autonomous exploration flight in complex environments.

This investment will help Weifen Zhifei further increase its R&D efforts in the field of flying embodied intelligence and strengthen the recruitment of high-end R&D talent and team structure optimization, injecting strong momentum for Weifen Zhifei's continuous technological innovation and product commercialization in the field of flying robot embodied intelligence.
