公司注册股本维持在500,000,000,000股，面值每股0.01港元，注册股本总额5,000,000,000港元未发生变动。普通股方面，上月底已发行股份为119,940,534股，当月因供股增发359,821,602股，截至本月底已发行股份总数上升至479,762,136股。
公司另披露，根据2024年6月28日采纳的2023年购股权计划，目前可行使的期权数量为8,961,949股。此外，2028年到期的可换股票据总额7,000,000美元，可转换股份数目经调整后为9,921,661股，转换价为每股5.489港元。
公告称，本次所有股份发行均已获得董事会正式授权，符合香港联交所上市规则及相关法律规定。该月报由董事邹艺峰签署。
