Spring marks a time for vigorous progress. The JD Smart Industrial Park Beijing Shunyi project, a key initiative in Dasungezhuang Town, is advancing rapidly, while local enterprises are operating at full capacity. The town is brimming with dynamic development energy, building momentum for high-quality economic growth throughout the year.
At the construction site of the JD Smart Industrial Park Beijing Shunyi project, machinery hums and crane arms move steadily as workers diligently proceed with structural maintenance and interior finishing, creating a scene of intense activity. Since its commencement, the project has maintained high standards and a fast pace. To date, the southern section has accumulated an investment of 207 million yuan, reaching 78% completion, while the northern section has seen an investment of 169.26 million yuan, achieving 75% progress. The project is expected to be fully completed by the end of June this year. Construction teams are currently seizing the optimal spring construction period to sprint toward the final handover.
The project, with a planned construction area of 114,000 square meters, focuses on the new generation of supply-chain-oriented e-commerce and smart logistics industries, aiming to establish a model industrial park. Upon operation, it will introduce a JD.com settlement center and integrate intelligent equipment such as 5G and BeiDou navigation systems. This initiative is set to inject new momentum into the economic and social development of Shunyi District and assist Dasungezhuang Town in building a "Smart Logistics Demonstration Town," thereby upgrading the town's industrial capabilities.
Concurrently with the rapid progress of major projects, key enterprises in the town are also operating at full throttle. Inside the Beijing plant of Lihe Flavors, production lines are running at full speed with workers efficiently performing their respective duties. As one of the town's backbone enterprises, Lihe Flavors' Beijing plant specializes in processing fresh agricultural products, offering nearly 200 types of ready-to-eat products. These products are supplied to supermarkets such as Sam's Club and Hema Fresh, as well as chain restaurants including McDonald's and Starbucks. In the first quarter, the plant entered a peak period for production and sales, with all lines operating at full capacity to meet market demand.
"This year, we have established partnerships with several catering brands, continuously expanding our market share with a positive growth trajectory. We are fully committed to fulfilling orders and expanding our market presence to contribute to the town's stable economic growth," said Li Ziyang, Plant Manager of Lihe Flavors Beijing.
Dasungezhuang Town has consistently strengthened its investment promotion efforts, facilitating the entry of high-quality enterprises through a business-led investment model. Beijing Jiashidekang Medical Equipment Operating Co., Ltd., which settled in the town in December 2025, has become a new highlight for local economic growth. As a centralized procurement and distribution supplier and supply chain service provider for medical consumables, Jiashidekang holds a software copyright for its self-developed "Medical Consumables SPD Intelligent Software System V2.0," further complementing the regional medical equipment industry chain. Leveraging the town's precise and efficient business service support, Jiashidekang quickly completed its establishment procedures and has now commenced smooth operations, striving to achieve its phased targets.
Existing enterprises in Dasungezhuang Town have also provided solid support for the strong start in the first quarter. These enterprises span various sectors including technology services, agriculture, food processing, high-end manufacturing, medical equipment, and cultural entertainment. Key players such as Beijing Capital Environment Technology Co., Ltd., Huabei Hema Network Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Jinchongguang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Lv'ao Vegetable Cooperative are maintaining stable and sound operations.
"This year, we have conducted in-depth visits and research to 40 enterprises, implemented the enterprise 'service package' system, and established a closed-loop mechanism for 'collection-assignment-supervision-feedback' to address 49 enterprise requests," said Fang Lei, Deputy Mayor of Dasungezhuang Town. The town will continue to optimize its business environment, focus on projects, promote investment, and stabilize growth, aiming to leverage the first-quarter momentum to achieve success throughout the year and contribute significantly to regional high-quality economic development.
