顺豪物业2026年中期营收3.39亿港元，净亏损4,590万港元

顺豪物业发布的2026年中期财报显示，期内实现营收3.39亿港元，同比增长约1.5%。同期实现净亏损4,590万港元，相较上年同期的1.382亿港元亏损大幅收窄67%。毛利额由上年同期的7,369.1万港元增至9,034.7万港元，对应毛利率从约22.0%提升至约26.6%。期内经营活动现金流合计约1.26亿港元，同比提升约11.3%。公司财务成本为1,698.1万港元，同比下降29%。行政费用（不含折旧）为2,660万港元，比上年同期减少约5.3%，显示成本管控有所加强。

业务分项

酒店板块收入约2.82亿港元，同比增长5%。公司旗下九家酒店整体入住率超过90%，营业收入与利润率的提升主要得益于入住率保持高位以及运营成本优化。

商业物业租金收入约0.57亿港元，同比下降约13.6%。其中，核心物业顺豪商业大厦和英皇道633号的出租率分别在93%和78%，但由于租金水平及交易下滑，出租表现相较去年同期有所放缓，导致该部分收入下滑24%。

在投资物业方面，报告期内发生的公平值亏损约为6,800万港元，而去年同期该项亏损达1.55亿港元。公平值变动收窄成为公司亏损同比大幅减少的主要推动因素。公司亦认为未来酒店与租金业务仍将面临挑战，但将继续着力在营收提升和成本控制方面发力，以应对外部经济与市场环境变化。
