供应链消息指出，由于苹果、超威、英特尔等第一波2纳米大客户需求超强，加上高通、联发科、英伟达也将陆续采用，台积电2纳米供应严重吃紧，为此将大扩产，目标明年2纳米月产能由今年底的4万片大增1.5倍至10万片，2027年有望再翻一倍至20万片。
业界以此推估，最快2027年时，2纳米有望成为台积电7纳米以下先进制程中，产能规模最大的节点。
