Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd., trustee-manager of Keppel Infrastructure Trust (A7RU), announced the issuance of 1,359,209 new units on Mar, 27 2026 at 0.4836 Singapore dollars per unit to satisfy 4.5 % of its base fee for the period from Jul, 1 2025 to Dec, 31 2025.

The issue price was determined by the volume-weighted average price of trades over the last five market days ended Dec, 31 2025.

Following the allotment, the trustee-manager holds 1,359,209 units, representing about 0.02 % of the trust’s 6,086,347,124 units in issue.

The remaining 95.5 % of the base fee for the six-month period will be settled in cash, as permitted under the trust deed.
