海尔智家(06690)于2026年9月11日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司在A股及H股市场同步开展了股份回购操作。
公司于2026年9月11日在内地市场回购A股790,000股，用于股权激励计划，占当日前公司已发行股份（不含库藏股）的0.01291%。回购价格区间为每股人民币20.88元至21.10元，合计支付约1,659.53万元人民币。上述回购完成后，公司A股已发行股份总数为6,119,902,636股，库藏股数量增至58,584,289股。
同时，公告披露，公司于2026年9月9日至9月11日分三日于香港联交所累计回购H股1,500,000股，占购回授权获通过当日已发行股份（不含库藏股）总数的0.05257%。其中，9月11日当日回购500,000股，最高成交价为每股港币20.74元，最低成交价为港币20.50元，涉资约1,030.17万港元。公司此前于2026年6月24日获得回购授权，可回购股份总数为285,358,726股。
公告亦确认，此次回购行为均已获公司董事会正式授权，并遵守相关上市规则及法律法规。
