With only 9 days remaining until the 2025 Sihong Marathon begins, here's your essential packet pickup guide.

This year's packet pickup spans 3 days from October 16 to October 18, with the pickup location remaining at the west entrance of Sihong County Cultural Arts Center.

**03 Transportation Guide** 1. **Self-driving**: From October 16-18, vehicles are advised to park at Sihong County Cultural Arts Center parking lot or Wuyue Plaza parking lot, then walk to the pickup venue. During pickup period, only pedestrians may pass through the north and west entrances of the Cultural Arts Center (drivers should park briefly and leave immediately).

2. **Public Transportation**: Take Sihong bus routes 104 or 105 to Sihong County Cultural Arts Center station, then walk approximately 300 meters south along Qingyang South Road to the west entrance. Registered participants can ride Sihong county bus routes free of charge with their race bib numbers.

**06 Pickup Requirements** 1. Marathon/Half Marathon/Fun Run participants must present original valid identification documents (second-generation ID card, passport, Hong Kong-Macau Travel Permit, Taiwan Compatriot Certificate, etc.) for identity verification before collecting race materials.

2. Participants under 18 years old must have their guardian or legal representative sign a "Participation Declaration" during pickup to collect race materials.

3. Participants aged 70 and above must sign a "Participation Declaration" with family members during pickup to collect race materials.

**07 Important Notes** 1. Race materials can only be collected by the registered participant in person. No one may collect materials on behalf of others under any circumstances.

2. Minor Fun Run participants aged 5 to under 14 (born October 20, 2011 - October 19, 2020) must be accompanied by at least one guardian or legal representative during pickup and throughout the entire race, with the guardian responsible for the minor's health and safety. The guardian or legal representative must be at least 18 years old on race day (born on or before October 19, 2007).

3. Minor Fun Run participants aged 14 to under 18 (born October 20, 2007 - October 19, 2011) and minor Half Marathon participants aged 16 to under 18 (born October 20, 2007 - October 19, 2009) must submit a "Participation Declaration" signed jointly by themselves and their guardian or legal representative during pickup. The guardian or legal representative must be at least 18 years old on the signing date (dynamically adjusted based on pickup time, latest must be born on or before October 18, 2007).

4. Participants aged 70 and above (born on or before October 19, 1955) must submit a "Participation Declaration" signed jointly by themselves and at least one family member (including spouse, parents, adult children, and other cohabiting adult close relatives) during pickup. Family members must be at least 18 years old on the signing date (dynamically adjusted based on pickup time, latest must be born on or before October 18, 2007).

5. For participants who fail to comply with the above regulations, the organizing committee reserves the right to refuse to distribute race equipment. Those providing false documents or deliberately concealing health conditions that seriously endanger public safety will be reported to relevant authorities for legal accountability.

**08 Friendly Reminders** 1. Peak pickup periods typically occur on the final day of packet distribution (October 18). To avoid unnecessary queuing, participants are advised to prepare required documentation in advance and consider off-peak pickup times.

2. To facilitate identity verification during race day check-in, participants must complete facial recognition registration at the pickup venue before collecting race materials.

3. Please collect race apparel according to the size selected during registration. Size exchanges are not available on-site.

4. Race medals can be personalized with name engraving available during packet pickup. Additionally, the organizing committee provides professional photo services at the pickup venue for participants after collecting their materials.

5. All participants must strictly adhere to the pickup schedule.

6. Marathon running is a comprehensive test of physical fitness, endurance, and willpower. Alcohol can negatively impact athletic performance and recovery from multiple dimensions, even creating safety hazards. We especially remind everyone: please avoid alcohol before and after the race to protect your safety and health!
