玄武云科技控股有限公司(02392)于2026年2月9日发布翌日披露报表，公告当日于香港联交所回购39,500股普通股，约占回购前已发行股本0.007108%。
本次回购价格区间为每股1.40港元至1.43港元，支付总金额约55,538.48港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股份）变为555,686,000股，库藏股数量升至4,634,500股，已发行股份总数保持在560,320,500股。
此前，玄武云科技控股有限公司已于2025年6月26日获得股东大会通过的购回授权，回购上限为560,320,500股。截至本次回购，累计回购股份占当日已发行股本约0.8271%。公司表示，已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律规定。
公告显示，此次回购后新股发行或库藏股再出售或转让的暂止期截至2026年3月11日。
