该购回计划尚待定于2026年6月3日召开的股东周年大会审议批准。公告同时提醒，公司将于5月28日至6月3日（含首尾两日）暂停股份过户登记，股东如需行使投票权，须在5月27日下午四时正前办理相关过户手续。若该购回授权获得股东通过，董事会将在授权期间视具体情况执行股份购回决策。公司表示，此举旨在优化资本结构和增强每股价值，并继续致力于维护股东利益。
