PW MEDTECH repurchases 151,000 shares; cumulative buyback reaches 2.36 million shares pending cancellation

PW MEDTECH (Hong Kong-listed) disclosed that on 22 July 2026 it repurchased 151,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 1.04 per share, spending HKD 0.16 million in aggregate.

Including the latest transaction, the company has bought back 2.36 million shares between 29 June and 22 July 2026, representing 0.16% of the issued share capital as of the 26 June 2026 mandate date. All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation and have not yet been extinguished.

Despite the ongoing buybacks, the issued share capital stood unchanged at 1.43 billion shares as of 22 July 2026 because the cancelled-share procedures are still pending.

The current authorisation, granted at the annual general meeting on 26 June 2026, permits the company to repurchase up to 144.29 million shares. Following the latest purchase, 141.93 million shares remain available under the mandate. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, PW MEDTECH is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 21 August 2026.
