连连数字(02598)于2026年4月20日发布公告称，公司当日通过香港联交所场内回购约11.70万股H股，占已发行股本约0.0266%，每股回购价介乎6.22港元至6.37港元，涉资约73.57万港元。回购后，公司库藏股数增至2562.30万股。
同日，公司根据2023年首次公开发售前购股权计划（董事除外）发行7000股普通股，约占已发行股本的0.0016%，发行价为每股5元人民币。
上述增发与回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）减少至4.40130264亿股，总股本（包括库藏股）升至4.65753264亿股。回购授权于2025年6月6日获通过，可回购股份总数为4178.9776万股。截至本次回购前，公司已累计回购约2485.20万股。
公司确认已遵守香港联交所《主板上市规则》及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书许叶丹签署。
