QuantGroup (HKEX: 02685) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Silicon Intelligence, has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Beijing Ruihong Embodied AI Robot Technology Co., Ltd. This agreement outlines the preliminary intent for collaboration between the two parties.

Under the terms of the strategic framework, both entities will leverage their respective core strengths in artificial intelligence (AI), scenario applications, robot hardware, flexible control, and mass production capabilities. The collaboration will focus on joint product development, co-creation, shared R&D efforts, channel co-construction, technology sharing, and ecosystem synergy. The primary goal is to jointly advance the research, innovation, and commercial deployment of embodied intelligent robots across various domains, including home services, commercial settings, and automotive showrooms. This initiative aims to continuously enhance the ecosystem layout for intelligent entities.

The company's board of directors believes this strategic partnership will serve as a starting point for deepening product innovation, technological collaboration, and real-world application deployment. The collaboration is expected to jointly improve the embodied AI industry ecosystem, promote the deep integration of AI and robotics technology into household and commercial environments, and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the intelligent entity industry.

The board further views this strategic cooperation as an exploration into applying the group's core "AI + Consumption Scenarios" strategy within the physical world.
