渣打集团有限公司(02888)于2026年3月13日刊发翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司在2026年3月12日于伦敦证券交易所、CBOE BXE及CBOE CXE合计回购普通股900,000股，回购价格介乎每股GBP15.78至GBP16.52，总耗资约GBP14,484,283.56。
本次回购股份尚未注销，公司已发行股数暂保持在2,248,256,781股，库藏股仍为0股。公司表示，此次回购根据其于2025年5月8日获股东大会通过的购回授权进行，授权可购回的总数为236,377,715股。自该购回授权生效以来，公司在伦敦证券交易所、CBOE BXE及CBOE CXE已累计回购115,333,999股，占特别决议案通过时已发行股份的4.8792%。
公司进一步确认，已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规，董事会批准并确保回购程序符合合规要求。公告由助理公司秘书黄蓉签署。
