株洲中车时代电气股份有限公司（“时代电气”，股票代码：03898）于2026年5月11日进行股份购回，回购数量为1,126,700股（约112.67万股），占当日公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）0.2304%。回购价格介乎每股37.28港元至37.88港元，合计支付金额42,284,149.64港元（约4228.41万港元）。
本次回购后，时代电气已发行股本总数维持于489,040,900股，暂无库存股份。公司称，此次回购依据于2025年6月27日获股东大会通过的购回授权，授权可回购股数为48,904,090股，迄今累计回购总数为13,347,900股，约占授权通过当日已发行股本的2.7294%。本次回购后在香港联交所或其他证券交易所进行任何新股发行或库藏股再出售或转让的暂止期，截止至2026年6月10日。
公司表示，此次股份购回已获得董事会正式授权，遵守了香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规要求。上述公告由联席公司秘书梁皚欣签署。
