CLOUD FACTORY (02512) announced that its board of directors is pleased to announce that Wuxi Yunzhan (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), having successfully won the bid for the land use rights through a public listing sale tender for the land located at No. 81 Xinmei Road, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China, entered into a transfer agreement with Wuxi Xinwu Resource Center on January 19, 2026. The consideration for the acquisition is RMB 74.1112 million, for which Wuxi Yunzhan has already paid RMB 14.82 million as a bid bond for the public listing sale tender. The land refers to the building and plot (Hollywood) located at No. 81 Xinmei Road, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China, offered through the public listing sale tender, with a total site area of approximately 35,040.5 square meters. Leveraging the Group's long-term technological accumulation, sustained investment in distributed computing, mature supply chain system, and self-developed computing resource scheduling platform, the Group plans to establish an intelligent computing center based in the Yangtze River Delta region and serving the entire nation. This move aligns with the national "East Data, West Computing" initiative and the "Implementation Opinions on Further Implementing the 'East Data, West Computing' Project to Accelerate the Construction of a Nationally Integrated Computing Power Network." The acquisition is a significant measure for the Company to respond to external strategic opportunities, enhance its "cloud-edge-device" collaborative infrastructure, and provide critical support for its core strategy of developing an "edge intelligence base." Through the acquisition, the Group will be able to develop its own intelligent computing services to implement business expansion in accordance with its strategy.
