富智康集团有限公司（股票代码：02038）于2026年8月19日公布披露文件显示，公司当日在香港联交所回购237,000股普通股，占截至本次交易前已发行股本（不包括库藏股份）约0.03031%。回购价格区间介乎每股16.66港元至17.4港元，合计耗资约401.19万港元（折合4,011,880港元）。该批回购股份将持作库藏股份。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股份）减少至781,613,483股，库藏股份增至6,836,517股，总发行股份数维持在788,450,000股。富智康集团已于2026年5月22日获股东大会通过购回授权，授权购回股份总数为78,272,118股，已在香港联交所或其他证券交易所合计购回1,774,000股，约占购回授权获通过当日已发行股本（不包括库藏股份）的0.22665%。
