7月25日，部分稳定币概念股冲高，众安在线涨近6%，移卡涨超3%，多点数智涨近2%。
消息面上，7月23日，香港金管局总裁余伟文发文再谈稳定币。余伟文称，将于下周公布“稳定币发行人发牌制度”的摘要说明，文件会阐述香港金管局接受和处理牌照申请的安排。
此前，美国总统特朗普签署稳定币监管法案，标志着美国在联邦层面首个稳定币立法落地；香港稳定币条例则将于8月1日生效，稳定币发行牌照释放在即。华龙证券认为，稳定币监管框架进一步明晰，合规将成为稳定币产业发展的核心助推剂。
