IMMUNEONCO-B AGM Endorses 2025 Financials, Reappoints Deloitte and Renews Dual Mandates

ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Inc. (IMMUNEONCO-B) released the voting outcomes of its 28 May 2026 annual general meeting, where shareholders representing 208.98 million shares—48.43 % of the 431.51 million shares in issue—participated in person or by proxy. All eight ordinary and two special resolutions were approved.

Key approvals:

1. 2025 performance reports • Board, Supervisory Committee and Annual Report each secured 100 % support. • Final 2025 financial report and 2026 budget passed with 98.60 % in favour.

2. Capital allocation • 2025 Profit Distribution Plan received unanimous backing.

3. External auditor • Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu was re-appointed for 2026 with 98.61 % support; the Board is authorised to set remuneration.

4. Compensation • Directors’ and supervisors’ 2026 remuneration plans were both approved with full support.

5. Share mandates • General mandate to allot and issue new shares obtained 97.63 % approval. • H-share repurchase mandate passed with 100 % approval.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services acted as poll scrutineer. Eight of nine directors attended the meeting, which was chaired by Chairman and CEO Dr. Tian Wenzhi.
