Hong Wei Asia (08191) announced the appointment of Ms. Liu Yan as an executive director of the company, effective from January 9, 2026.
Mr. Chen Gang has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company, effective from the same date, January 9, 2026.
Ms. Zhao Jianhong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, and will also join the audit committee and the nomination committee, with her appointment taking effect on January 9, 2026.
