东软睿新集团(09616)宣布，在今日举行的股东周年大会上，所有决议案均获投票通过，其中包括派发截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股息每股28.0港仙的议案。
该末期股息将向于2026年9月4日（星期五）名列公司股东名册的股东派付，预计派发日期为2026年9月18日（星期五）或前后。
为厘定享有末期股息的股东资格，公司将于2026年9月2日（星期三）至9月4日（星期五）期间暂停办理股份过户登记手续，记录日期为9月4日。股东须确保所有过户文件连同相关股票证书，于9月1日（星期二）下午4时30分前，递交至公司香港股份过户登记分处卓佳证券登记有限公司。此次批准的末期股息每股28.0港仙，已获出席会议股东以全票赞成通过。
