VPOWER GROUP Trading Halt Effective April 1, Pending Release of 2025 Annual Results

VPOWER GROUP (01608) has announced that, in accordance with Listing Rules 13.49(1) and 13.49(2), the company is required to publish its preliminary results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 (the 2025 Annual Results) within three months following the end of its financial year, specifically by March 31, 2026. The company's board of directors hereby informs its shareholders and potential investors that, as of the date of this announcement, the company is still gathering information and coordinating arrangements as requested by its auditor, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (the Auditor), to complete the audit procedures, particularly concerning the assessment of the going concern basis, for the issuance of the audit opinion. Consequently, the company will be unable to publish the 2025 Annual Results by the stipulated deadline. The delay in publishing the 2025 Annual Results will constitute a non-compliance event under Listing Rule 13.49(1). The company will continue to exert its best efforts to assist and cooperate with the Auditor to complete the audit procedures. The company anticipates publishing the 2025 Annual Results on or around April 20, 2026. At the request of the company, trading in the company's shares on the Stock Exchange will be halted commencing at 9:00 a.m. on April 1, 2026, pending the release of the 2025 Annual Results.
