NAMYUE HOLDINGS (01058) announced that effective from October 1, 2025: (1) Mr. Cai Binglong has been appointed as an executive director of the company and will assume the roles of chairman and managing director, as well as chairman and member of the nomination committee; (2) Mr. Zhou Hao will cease to serve as executive director, chairman and managing director, and chairman and member of the nomination committee; and (3) Mr. Cai Binglong will replace Mr. Zhou Hao as the company's authorized representative as required under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.
