海尔智家股份有限公司（“海尔智家”，证券代码：690D）于2026年2月16日提交翌日披露报表，公告显示公司在2026年2月13日于法兰克福证券交易所回购45,000股D股股份。该部分回购股份占公司目前已发行股本的约0.0166%，每股回购价格介于每股2.0305欧元至2.0405欧元，总金额约91,734.35欧元。
本次回购完成后，海尔智家已发行股本仍维持在271,013,973股，尚无新增库藏股记入结存。董事会早前于2025年5月28日取得回购授权，获准回购的股份总数为81,304,191股，至今已累计回购865,598股，占回购授权数量的0.31939%。公司方面同时确认，股份回购过程遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律规定。
