Kai Fai Adam Kwok acquired 338,000 shares of Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHK PPT) through a company held under certain discretionary trusts (of which he is a beneficiary) on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 107.7373 per share on September 24, 2026, involving about HKD 36.42 million. The transaction was an on-exchange active trade, i.e. a direct dealing in the secondary market.
Prior to the acquisition, Kwok's long position in SHK PPT was 581.76 million shares, representing 20.08%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 582.10 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 20.09%.
