COSCO SHIPPING International Reports Progress on Jurong Island Logistics Hub Phase II

COSCO SHIPPING International (Singapore) Co., Ltd. announced that construction of Jurong Island Logistics Hub Phase II continued through Jun, 12 2026, with structural works advancing to the sixth and seventh floors of the building.

Additional activities—including superflat floor construction, installation of fire-fighting systems, plumbing, warehouse racking and an overhead crane—are under way to prepare the facility for operations once a Temporary Occupation Permit is obtained.

The company said demolition of the Phase I structure, required for integration with Phase II, has progressed to the seventh level with minimal disruption to current operations.

COSCO SHIPPING International added that it is working closely with main contractor Cogent and other vendors to ensure timely completion and is in discussions regarding a partial Temporary Occupation Permit. Further announcements will follow upon any material developments.
