SHANSHAN (01749) announced that effective September 10, 2025, the composition of the Board's nomination committee will undergo the following changes: (i) Mr. Luo Yefei, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director, will no longer serve as Chairman of the nomination committee; (ii) Mr. Wu Xuekai, Independent Non-executive Director and current member of the nomination committee, has been appointed as Chairman of the nomination committee; and (iii) Ms. Zhou Yumei, Executive Director, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee.
