公告显示，此次回购股份尚未注销，公司已发行股本仍为509,975,987股，库藏股数维持在300,000股。此前，股东大会于2025年6月25日通过购回授权，最多可回购51,443,658股股份，至今累计回购数量为3,074,400股，占授权当日已发行股本总数约0.597625%。
