此轮涨价并非单一客户拉货所致，而是AI时代先进制程供需结构发生根本性转变——英伟达、AMD、谷歌、AWS等云端巨头全面加速导入3纳米，AI加速器、定制化ASIC及旗舰手机芯片需求同步涌入，推动3纳米产能持续满载。
此外，MSCI半年度调整已于5月29日生效，台积电权重上调0.56个百分点至58.33%，有望吸引被动资金持续回流。6月4日股东会上，董事长魏哲家将就AI需求及先进制程布局作出说明，市场高度关注。
