根据银行文件披露，阿联酋马什雷克银行已正式委任多家金融机构牵头承销规模达5亿美元的永久非赎回型5.5%额外一级资本债券。
此次承销团阵容强大，包括阿布扎比商业银行、澳新银行、美银证券、巴克莱银行、花旗集团、阿联酋国民银行资本、第一阿布扎比银行、马什雷克银行、瑞穗证券及三菱日联金融集团。这些机构将共同组织全球投资者电话会议，会议定于英国时间2月10日上午10点30分举行。随后在2月11日，还将安排一系列固定收益投资者电话会议。
此次资本补充举措将进一步提升马什雷克银行的资本充足水平，增强其应对市场波动的能力。作为中东地区重要的金融机构，该行持续通过多元化融资工具优化资本结构。
