Construction Notice: Haibowan District in Wuhai City has issued a notice regarding road occupancy and barriers for power line construction, issued by Inner Mongolia Power Group Wuhai Power Supply Company (executing unit: Binhe Power Supply Branch) with a release date of September 30, 2026, pursuant to Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.

Core Construction Information

The construction section covers two segments: Segment 1 runs from the northwest corner of the intersection of Qipanjing Street and Century Avenue to the northwest corner of the intersection of Shenhua Street and Century Avenue; Segment 2 runs from Shenhua Street at Chuangye Road to the intersection of Hexie Road and Dongqing West Street. The total construction length is approximately 3 kilometers, with a closed-off area measuring 3,000 meters in length and 1.5 meters in width. The construction period runs from October 1, 2026 to November 1, 2026, and the schedule may be adjusted based on on-site progress. The construction content includes the 110kV Binhe Substation 9109 Century North Line replacement and renovation project, as well as the 110kV Binhe Substation 9218 Binhe III Circuit replacement and renovation project.

Traffic and Barrier Control Measures

No road lanes will be occupied. Pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles will use the auxiliary road alongside the non-motorized lane. On-site control requires pedestrians to slow down and follow on-site signs and personnel directions.

Motorists passing through the construction area are advised to slow down and pay attention to on-site traffic signs. An attached illustration marks the starting point of the construction section (near the south gate of Xianghe Jiayuan) and the endpoint (west gate of Binhe Jiayuan), with red lines indicating the barriered construction zones. Construction will be carried out in phases.
