CHINA OVS PPT: No Change in Share Capital, Public Float Remains Compliant in June 2026

China Overseas Property Holdings Ltd. (CHINA OVS PPT) has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming stable equity metrics across the board.

The company’s authorised share capital stood unchanged at 30.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.001 each, representing total authorised capital of HKD 30.00 million.

Issued share capital also remained steady. The company closed June with 3.28 billion issued shares and held no treasury shares, identical to the prior month’s levels. There were no share issuances, cancellations, repurchases or treasury share movements during the month.

No activity was recorded under share option schemes, warrants, convertible instruments or other equity-linked agreements, indicating an absence of dilution risk from such instruments for the period under review.

CHINA OVS PPT confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public float requirement of 25% for its ordinary shares.

The filing was submitted on 2 July 2026 by Company Secretary Wong Yee Wah.
