Beisen trims free float with HKD 62.86 thousand on-market buyback, treasury shares reach 20.26 million

Beisen Holding Limited disclosed that it repurchased 20,000 ordinary shares on 25 September 2026, purchasing the stock on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 3.13 and HKD 3.17 per share. The transaction totalled HKD 62.86 thousand and the shares were retained as treasury stock.

Following the buyback, Beisen’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.0028 % to 717.85 million shares. Treasury shares rose to 20.26 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 738.11 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 17 September 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 71.92 million shares. Including the latest transaction, Beisen has repurchased 1.43 million shares—equivalent to 0.20 % of the issued share base at the mandate date—under this authority.

A moratorium is in place restricting Beisen from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 25 October 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations.
