LUSHANGSERVICES (02376) announced that Mr. Huang Wei Chao has resigned from his positions as joint company secretary and authorized representative, effective August 22, 2025. The Stock Exchange has confirmed that Mr. Yang Zhen meets the qualifications for company secretary under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules. Mr. Yang will serve as the company's sole company secretary, effective August 22, 2025. The Board announces that Mr. Yang has been appointed as authorized representative, effective August 22, 2025, replacing Mr. Huang in fulfilling the duties of authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.
