TRANSMIT ENT (01326) announced that on December 24, 2025, the company received the following resumption guidance from the Stock Exchange: (i) Publish all outstanding financial results in accordance with the Listing Rules and address any audit modifications; (ii) Conduct an independent internal control review and demonstrate that the company has established adequate internal controls and procedures to fulfill its obligations under the Listing Rules; (iii) Provide proof of compliance with Rule 13.24 of the Listing Rules; (iv) Disclose all material information to the market to enable the company's shareholders and investors to assess its status.
