金风科技股份有限公司（02208）7月16日公告称，于2026年7月15日收到中国银行间市场交易商协会出具的《接受注册通知书》（中市协注〔2026〕MTN538号），同意公司注册发行总额不超过人民币20亿元的长期限含权中期票据。\n\n根据《接受注册通知书》，本次20亿元注册额度自通知书落款之日起2年内有效，发行工作由招商银行股份有限公司、中国工商银行股份有限公司、兴业银行股份有限公司、中国银行股份有限公司、中国农业银行股份有限公司和交通银行股份有限公司联合主承销。公司可在注册有效期内分期发行相关中期票据，并将在发行完成后通过交易商协会认可的途径披露发行结果。\n\n此前，金风科技第八届董事会第三十一次会议及2024年年度股东大会已审议通过《关于境内外发行债券、资产支持证券的一般性授权的议案》。在此授权基础上，公司于2026年4月24日召开的第九届董事会第十三次会议审议通过《关于申请注册发行长期限含权中期票据的议案》，同意申请本次注册。\n\n公司表示，将按照《非金融企业债务融资工具注册发行规则》等相关规定，在注册有效期内择机发行中期票据，并及时履行信息披露义务。
