丰盛控股公布截至2025年6月30日止六个月业绩，收入约人民币102.65亿元，同比微降4%。经调整净利润约为人民币1.79亿元，相比去年同期由亏转盈。毛利约为19.30亿元，同比增长35%，毛利率亦自去年同期的13%提升至19%。公司经营利润约为5.51亿元，对比去年同期录得经营亏损，经营利润率约为5.4%。在成本端，研发投入持续增加，研发费用约4.52亿元，同比增长10%；销售及分销开支同比上升31%；行政开支同比略有下降，整体费用结构相对稳定。
业务分项
公司主要业务围绕物业、旅游、投资及金融服务、健康教育及其他、新能源五大板块。新能源板块依旧是核心收入来源，期内实现收入约99.79亿元，同比小幅减少2%，主要由于大宗商品与钢铁产业链贸易业务在期内暂停，但风电齿轮传动设备的销售增长对冲了部分影响。健康、教育及其他板块收入约4.13亿元，主要因商品交易规模缩减而同比下滑。旅游板块收入与去年同期基本持平。物业板块因自有投资物业组合减少，收入小幅下降。投资及金融服务板块收入变动不大，管理层指出投资结构的优化以及减值准备的下降带来一定盈利贡献。
