山东晨鸣纸业集团股份有限公司（01812，以下简称“晨鸣纸业”）8月14日公告披露，控股股东晨鸣控股有限公司持有的20,826,013股A股股份已于2026年8月13日10时至8月14日10时期间在京东网北京市东城区人民法院司法拍卖平台完成竞拍。上述股份占公司总股本的0.71%，成交价格为36,862,043.01元。\n\n拍卖过户前，晨鸣控股合计持有晨鸣纸业819,912,882股，持股比例为27.87%。若本次拍卖股份全部完成过户，晨鸣控股持股将降至799,086,869股，占公司总股本的27.17%。\n\n公司指出，目前各生产基地运行稳定，生产经营正常，上述股份变动不会导致公司控制权变更，也不会对公司治理结构及持续经营产生重大不利影响。公司将继续关注本次股份拍卖的后续过户进展，并按照监管要求及时履行信息披露义务。
