百融智能-W（股份代号：06608）于2026年10月2日公布翌日披露报表，宣布于当日在香港联交所场内回购B类普通股5.6万股，占回购前公司现有已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的约0.0126%。每股回购价格介乎港币4.87元至4.91元，共支付约27.40万港元（约27.40万元），该批股份将被列为库存股份持有。
根据公告，此次回购前，公司于2026年9月30日的已发行B类普通股为370,811,640股、库存股份为24,601,000股，总计395,412,640股。回购完成后，截至2026年10月2日，已发行B类普通股变动为370,755,640股，库存股份变动为24,657,000股，已发行股本总数仍为395,412,640股。
双方投票权架构公司百融智能-W于2026年6月30日获得回购授权，购回上限为44,987,317股。截至目前，公司已合计回购6,511,500股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数约1.4474%。公司表示，所有回购行为均遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
本次公告由公司执行董事、主席兼行政总裁张韶峰签署。
