恒發光學控股有限公司（“公司”）于2026年3月3日披露截至2026年2月28日的证券变动月报表。公告显示，公司注册股本为2,000,000,000股普通股，每股面值0.01港元，注册股本总额2,000万港元。截至报告期末，上述注册股本及其结构均未发生变化。
公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目维持在500,000,000股。本月内未见新增发行、购回或注销股份，也无库藏股变动。此外，公司现行的股份期权计划未有期权获授、行使或失效，持股数量及期权授权额度保持不变。公司确认已满足适用的公众持股量要求。
