金山软件有限公司（03888）于2026年4月13日公告披露，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股约134.62万股，占已发行股本约0.1%，每股回购价介乎22.20港元至22.42港元，合计耗资约2999.70万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本数目仍为约13.81814510亿股。根据公告，公司购回授权由股东于2025年5月29日通过，可回购股份总数为1.40042579亿股，迄今已累计回购股份约2350.84万股，占授权通过日已发行股本1.68%。公司确认本次回购符合香港联交所主板上市规则及相关法律法规的要求。
