京东物流(02618)6月5日公告，董事会建议于股东周年大会上通过普通决议案，以一般授权形式购回不超过公司已发行股份（不包括持作库存及待注销股份）总数10%的股份。根据通函，截至2026年5月26日，公司已发行股份数约为66.63亿股，如获股东大会审议通过，购回规模最多可达6.66亿股。
公告称，本次购回所需资金来源将根据开曼群岛相关法律及上市规则，从合法可用资金中支付。董事会指出，该回购授权或有助于提升每股净值与股东回报，认为符合公司及股东整体最佳利益。
自2025年5月至2026年5月，公司股价最高曾达16.76港元，最低约10.20港元。公司已在公告中提示，拟于2026年6月29日召开股东周年大会，同时自2026年6月24日至6月29日暂停办理股份过户登记。董事会表示，若相关授权在股东大会上获批，将在审慎评估公司财务状况及市场条件的情况下行使购回权。该公司目前在香港联合交易所主板上市。
