翰思艾泰生物医药科技（武汉）股份有限公司（下称“翰思艾泰-B”，股份代号：03378）于2026年7月14日回购公司股份。据公告披露，本次回购数量为58,200股，占该事件前公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.043%。回购价格区间介乎每股28.5港元至29.88港元，合计支付约168.49万港元。
本次回购完成后，截至2026年7月14日收市，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）数量由回购前的134,250,730股减少至134,192,530股，库藏股数量由1,968,100股增至2,026,300股，总发行股本仍为136,218,830股。公司表示，本次回购系依据2026年6月24日通过的购回授权进行，授权可购回股份总数为13,469,683股，现已累计回购504,300股，约占授权获通过当日已发行股本的0.3744%。
公司同时确认已经遵守相关上市规则及适用法律规定。公告由董事长兼执行董事张发明签署。
