据彭博，美国大型碳化硅晶圆制造商Wolfspeed将宣布与债权人达成的“预打包破产协议”，一旦完成债权人投票通过等流程，该企业将进入破产重整。
根据这份拟议的破产协议，Wolfspeed的控制权将转交给另类资管企业Apollo在内的债权人集体，持有其无担保债务的供应商和其它销售商将获得全额偿付，原股东最多可收回5%的股份。
