4月21日，REPUBLIC HC宣布，其间接全资子公司Republic Healthcare Holdings Pte Ltd已与Benedicici Pte Ltd达成原则性协议，拟以1,030,000新元购入位于新加坡10 Ubi Crescent、楼面面积约1,658平方英尺的Unit #06-07物业，折合单价约621新元/平方英尺。
该物业为60年租契，租期自1997年7月5日起至2057年7月4日届满。集团拟将该资产作为投资物业以收取租金，管理层认为有助于多元化收入并增强经常性现金流。
交易对价将以内部资源及银行融资支付。根据香港联交所GEM上市规则第19.07条，因适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，此次收购被界定为须予披露交易，需履行相关申报与公告义务。
公告同时列示了同栋大厦近期三宗可比交易：单价介于624至627新元/平方英尺，为此次交易提供市场参考。董事会表示，收购条款属一般商业条款且公平合理，符合公司及股东整体利益。交易完成仍须签署正式买卖协议及满足其他惯常条件。
