Scholar Education (01769) has announced that the trustee recently purchased shares in the market under its share award scheme.
The purpose of this voluntary announcement is to provide an update on these purchases.
On October 5, 2026, in accordance with the scheme rules and the trust deed, the trustee acquired a total of 260,000 shares in the market (the Share Purchase), which are held in trust for the benefit of selected participants.
