Global Link Communications Holdings Limited (8060) Announces New Arrangements for Corporate Communications Dissemination

Global Link Communications Holdings Limited (the “Company”) has introduced updated measures for distributing corporate communications, effective from 27 November 2025 and aligned with amended rules applicable from 31 December 2023. Under these arrangements, the Company will continue to issue corporate communications electronically via its official website (www.glink.hk) and the Stock Exchange’s portal (www.hkexnews.hk), sending printed copies to shareholders only upon request.

These measures stem from amendments to the GEM Listing Rules and the Company’s second amended and restated memorandum of association and articles of association, adopted on 5 September 2025. The Company is no longer required to directly notify shareholders of the availability of corporate documents online, prompting a recommendation for shareholders to subscribe to the Stock Exchange’s News Alert service.

The Company will distribute Actionable Corporate Communications, which require shareholder instructions on voting or elections, to registered shareholders through email. To facilitate this, shareholders are encouraged to provide a valid email address using a completed request form. For shareholders who do not supply or maintain a functional email address, printed copies of Actionable Corporate Communications and a request form will be sent by mail.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to submit their email addresses to the banks, brokers, custodians, or nominees through which their shares are held, to support email-based communications. Any shareholder wishing to receive future corporate communications in printed form may request them free of charge. Such requests will be valid for one year unless revoked or replaced, after which a new request will be required.
