For the month ended 31 July 2026, Eternal Beauty Holdings Limited reported a stable capital structure with no movements in authorised, issued or treasury shares.

The authorised share capital remained at 7.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.001, representing HKD 7.00 million in authorised capital.

Issued shares held steady at 1.36 billion, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. Eternal Beauty confirmed full compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 25 percent minimum public-float requirement.

Share-based incentives also showed little activity. Under the Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme (adopted 18 June 2024), 1.59 million options were outstanding, unchanged from the previous month with no exercises recorded. The 2025 Share Option Scheme retained 107.15 million shares available for future grants but had no outstanding options or exercises during the period. Consequently, no funds were raised via option exercises in July.

The company reported no warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments outstanding or issued in the month, reinforcing the unchanged share count.

Overall, Eternal Beauty’s equity structure remained static through July 2026, with confirmed public-float sufficiency and minimal activity under existing option plans.
