Dr. Liu Xiaofeng has resigned from his position as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company, as well as his memberships on the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee, effective December 31, 2025. Mr. Mu Junfa has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company, and will also join the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee, with his appointments taking effect on December 31, 2025.
